Getting started with physiotherapy can feel overwhelming—especially if it’s your first time or you’re dealing with ongoing health concerns. At Feel Good Physiotherapy, we understand that knowing where to begin, what to expect, and how it all works can be confusing. That’s why we’ve simplified everything into 4 clear, easy-to-follow steps—so you can feel confident and supported from day one.

Initial assessment: knowing what’s wrong or what you need can be confusing. That’s why our therapist spends 30 minutes with you - to understand not only what’s wrong, but also who you as a person, so they can best align treatment to your goals.

Treatment plan: After your initial assessment our therapist will write up a treatment plan on what you’ll be working on. You’ll also receive a home exercise program and compliance calendar to keep you on track.

Regular visits: Consistency is key. We’ll set up a schedule for your upcoming sessions, whether that be weekly, fortnightly or monthly - what ever works for you. We can also discuss where you want our sessions to take place, at home, the pool or local gym.
