FAQ
-
1. What is mobile physiotherapy?
Mobile physiotherapy means we bring the treatment to you—at your home, care facility, pool or local gym. You receive the same expert care as in a clinic, but with the comfort and convenience of your own space.
-
2. Who do you work with?
We primarily work with older adults who want to improve their strength, balance, mobility, or recover from surgery or injury. Whether you’re managing a long-term condition or looking to stay active and independent, we’re here to help.
-
3. What do I need to prepare for a home visit?
Just a clear space to move safely and a sturdy chair. Comfortable clothing is ideal. We bring all necessary equipment, so you don’t need to worry about anything else.
-
4. Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No referral is needed for private physiotherapy. However, if you're using a care plan through Medicare or accessing services via a GP referral (e.g. Chronic Disease Management Plan), we’ll gladly coordinate with your healthcare provider.
-
5. Do you accept NDIS, Medicare, or private health insurance?
Yes. We accept:
NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed)
Medicare with a valid GP care plan (CDM/EPC)
Private health insurance (you can claim directly with your provider)
Let us know what you’re eligible for and we’ll guide you through the process.
-
8. How long are the sessions?
Initial assessments usually last 30 minutes, and follow-up sessions are 30–45 minutes, depending on your needs and treatment plan.
